  I was too grief stricken to write anything until now. My mom passed away almost 7 years ago. It was really bad. She was going to be cremated, and after 10 days of hiring La Paz Perches services, and not hearing anything from them, I called. They had not even picked up her body from the hospital. Supposedly, there was a mix up as to the doctor they had to get the clearance from. But if I had not called to see what was going on, my mom's body would have remained at the hospital's morgue indefinitely. Terrible services in such a highly emotional industry. My mom's funeral was celebrated elsewhere, 2 weeks after her passing. NEVER considering this business again.

  Extremely unprofessional service! Church services went a little pass their schedule time and employees of funeral home began to make faces and ask mourners why everything was taking so long. Rude behavior...at a time when people are mourning the loss of a loved one. Good thing the immediate family did not notice this horrible behavior. It seemed like they just wanted to rush everything along. Also the policemen hired for the procession left everyone behind...they only waited for the first three cars. Funeral home is very old looking. The seats are very uncomfortable. It felt like they were going to break. I would not recommended this place's service. Families need someone who has sympathy for their situation, not someone who just wants their money.

  Mr. Rafael Ramirez was extremely helpful during our time of sorrow. We were very pleased with the professional manner in which they handled everything.

  Ok we just had my uncles funeral yesterday and his wife wanted us to put pictures up of him on the tv, we did for a short time because come on this isn't a quinceñera , but my grandma was already getting upset so we took it off. A lady with black hair that works there was very rude when we didn't want to put the photos up again, she made faces like if she didn't like us. That was very unprofessional; they should be courteous and understanding, but it felt like she was taking the side of his wife instead of his own mom. Everyone should be treated equal.
