  My brothers, were taken to see the lot which they were told would be my mothers resting place. My mother was on the process of passing away , they wanted to make sure everthing was taken care of and prepared for the actual day. They even gave the person
  they spoke to a copy of the Life Insurance which would be covering everything. We were all very happy since my mother loved children to learn that she would be surrounded by angels. She passedd away one week after my brothers had spoken to the representative for the cemetery. My brothers went back and they were told that they could not have the same lot anymore. Not only that but, they were charged an extra $300.00 (5%) more because they were dealing with an out of town Life Insurance. The money is the the matter, but the fact that these people do not respect a verbal agreement. It was very unprofessional, and it was very obvious that they are more interested in the commission and profit they make instead of keeping their word and being sensative to the family and the departed. Beware of Wolfes in Sheeps clothing, I always remember my mother telling us when we were growing up.

  When you prepay it seems you get less attention! My Mother was buried August 2014 and she still has not had her marker done! I have gone thru three different representatives and now I can't seem to even get a call back! If it was their Mother I am sure it would have been done immediately very very very upset!!

  This cemetery does a very poor job in living up to their agreements. A lot of people pre-plan and pre-pay their final resting place, just to have these people tell the family that there are still fees still owed to do the final burial. As well, where other cemeteries have all the interments list on a site, so when people are doing an ancestry search, these people don't. They are so far behind the times!
