  I would highly recommend this funeral home. They are honest and kind. I was from out of town and my father passed away in El Paso about 4:00AM. I called the owner Chris Lujan at 6:00AM and he was so comforting and gave me a fair price right away (unlike other funeral homes that I spoke with that really tried to take advantage because I was from out of town). The treatment and attitude of Mr. Lujan and his employees made the very difficult process of making my fathers final arrangements much easier than I ever thought it would ever be. I have a great debt of gratitude to the people of Sunset Funeral Home.

  Both my parents & one grandmother were taken to Sunset funeral home. We were treated very well & accommodated well. My grandmother was taken to Sunset on East side by Yarborough drive. Both my parents were taken to westside funeral home. The facilities are very peaceful & clean. I was also able to sit in another room when I needed time to myself. I hope to tour the facilities so I can see about my possible arrangements. Thank you

  Wonderful place to make a MOCKERY of your loved one. It is 2016 and they couldn't play our tribute DVD. They brought the flowers in and arranged in the middle of the service. had no clue how their own equipment worked. Big fat older man who might have run things* was more than content with having our paying family upset with him and his joke of a facility, rather than solving problems that they caused. Death is a tough time and if you are looking to really test your patience, see how far it takes to push you to your breaking point, or if you don't care about your family that much, then I highly recommend this money grubbing establishment. Super tacky. You are better off paying a bum on the street to perform a ceremony in your driveway than work with these clowns.

  We could not have picked a better place for our Mother. From taking care of smallest detail to the biggest detail. Chris and Pedro are the best. I would recommend this funeral home to everyone. They help us during the most difficult time of our lives. Thank you so much from the Garcia Family.
